Please review the information below before booking your appointment.


A safe experience is our first priority. Face masks are recommended but no longer required during the candle-making experience. Our team will continue to wear face masks while assisting our guests.


If you have a special request for a safer experience, please let our team know when booking your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate you. 


If you have a party of 9 or more, please reach out to Events@TheCandlePour.com or message us on our social media platforms.


There will be a $10 charge per person to reserve a seat.  The fee will be refunded in full upon your arrival at The Candle Pour.


OUR EXPERIENCE & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

.‣ To minimize traffic, our experience is temporarily "reservation only” and we are not accepting walk-ins.


‣ Face masks are recommended but no longer required during the candle-making experience. 

‣ Hand sanitizer will be available for use throughout the experience by request.

‣ All trays & utensils will be thoroughly wiped and sanitized before & after each use.
  
‣ Wall candles are available for purchase.

 

‣ No outside food or alcoholic drinks are permitted into the shop.

AFTER YOUR EXPERIENCE


Candles take 2 hours to be ready for pick-up. Flameless options will be ready immediately after they are made.

Curbside delivery is available for picking-up. Please call 813.284.0621 when you arrive in the village and one of our team members will bring them down to you. 


The booking fee is non-refundable for reservations not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours. Each session will end at 45 minutes after the hour to give our team time to clean & sanitize our space prior to the next group’s arrival. Customers who arrive more than 5 minutes late, will forfeit their reservation and their seat may be offered to our walk-in customers. You will be offered the option to reschedule.
