Please review the information below before booking your appointment. If you have a party of 13 or more, please reach out to Events@TheCandlePour.com.


Our in-store experience is available Monday & Tuesday, starting at 4pm through 8pm. Wednesday through Saturday, starting at 10am through 8pm and Sunday from 10am through 5pm. Monday and Tuesday we are open for retail & pick ups from 10am to 8pm. 



There will be a $10 charge per person to reserve a seat.  The fee will be refunded in full upon your arrival at The Candle Pour.


AFTER YOUR EXPERIENCE


Candles take 2 hours before they are ready to take home. Same day pick up is not available for the last 2 reservation hours of the day. If you are unable to pick up your candles the same day, you can pick up the following business day. We ask that all candles be picked up within a week of them being made. We will only hold candles up to 2 weeks, before they will be donated or discarded. 

Flameless options will be ready immediately after they are made. 


The booking fee is non-refundable for no-shows or reservations not canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours. This is to prevent The Candle Pour from losing the opportunity to allow another guest to reserve that seat.
Each session will end at 45 minutes after the hour to give our team time to clean & prepare our space for the next hour of reservations. Customers who arrive more than 10 minutes late, will need to reschedule and lose their reservation fee.
