A refundable $10 deposit is required for each reserved seat. This fee will be refunded upon your arrival to your scheduled reservation.
Any no-shows or cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.
AFTER YOUR EXPERIENCE
Candles take 2 hours before they are ready to take home. Same day pick up is not available for the last 2 reservation hours of the day. If you are unable to pick up your candles the same day, you can pick up the following business day. We ask that all candles be picked up within a week of them being made. We will only hold candles up to 2 weeks, before they will be donated or discarded.
Flameless options will be ready immediately after they are made.
The booking fee is non-refundable for no-shows or reservations not canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours. Each session will end at 45 minutes after the hour to give our team time to clean & prepare our space for the next hour of reservations. Incomplete parties will be started at the scheduled time. Any individual(s) who arrive more than 10 minutes late, may result in a cancellation or rescheduled visit and will lose the reservation fee.
